AI systems for a field-service SaaS that serves 2,000+ enterprise companies. I built the company's first working AI integration against its own API, and every AI product since.

A chat where customers of a TV and internet provider book, reschedule or cancel technical visits. No app, no call center.

A diagnostic assistant for field technicians. It plans each case live, adapts as the tech reports back, and refuses to suggest unsafe steps.

Support chat that resolves the issue in conversation, or books a technician when it can't. Second product shipped on the Self-Booking core, 60% of it reused.

An AI reviewer for field-service forms that runs 24/7 in learning mode: it has to match human reviewers at 95% before it earns write access.

Products I design, ship and operate solo, for clients and for the studio itself. Every one of them lives on infrastructure I administer.
